Expcon does not offer marketing service to experts and therefore expcon does not charge any fees on the basis of marketing.

No. You may choose to offer all, a few, or just 1 of the services. It’s completely up to you. 

The Experts themselves decide the fee that they charge for the appointment for specific services provided by them.

Expcon will collect payment on behalf of expert and expcon will settle payments to experts on monthly basis.

No. Expcon does not charge any commission on booking amount received from clients. However expcon will deduct payment processing charges paid to payment gateway on the appointment booking charges.
